Samba Pa Ti is an pro-am yacht racing team currently campaigning on the International Melges 32 Class regatta circuit. Led by top flight American skipper and helmsman John Kilroy, our squad features sailors from no less than four nations, including Italy’s Luca Faravelli (Melges 32 World Championship winner in 2010), American Olympic medalist and now Olympic coach Morgan Reeser, Australian 470 Olympic Gold medalist Nathan Wilmot (himself a Melges 32 World Championship winner in 2009), top flight Italian Laser sailor Martino Tortarolo, Australian skiff sailor Dean Curtis, the UK’s Justin Smart who has sailed with John for over 25 years, and Italy’s Federico Michetti (Melges 32 World Championship winner in 2010).
